Thea villa is situated in a prime location 2 minutes walk from the main beach and the square of the village enjoying spectacular views over the unique Lindos bay. This traditional house consists of 2 x two bedroom apartments (Thea 2 and Thea 3) each with a separate entrance and private cobbled courtyard. What makes these apartments unique is the size and privacy of the courtyards they each have and the views they enjoy.
Accommodation
Thea 2 consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with two singles plus a sofa bed. A separate fully equipped kitchen with four electric rings, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and a washing machine with enough sitting space for everyone. Half of the courtyard is shaded and there is again sitting space for everybody plus a small sink, a small bbq and two sun beds. There is a separate bathroom with a bath and WC.
Thea 3 consists of 2 bedrooms one with a traditional lindian bed (raised platform) where the mattresses can either be pushed together or not and another bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom with a bath. The fully equipped kitchen is big enough for everyone and there is a second separate bathroom next to the first bedroom with a small bath.shower attachment and WC. Half of the courtyard is shaded and there is again sitting space for everybody plus a small sink, a small bbq and two sun beds. Thea 3 can be sold as a one bedroomed for just 2 people, paying just the price of a studio - superb value for money!
Both apartments are fully air-conditioned in the bedrooms which is included in the price.
Great accommodation for couples, families and groups of friends. Perfect location for the beach and the centre of the village.

Both Apartments can accommodate up to 4 persons. *For 2 persons sharing, Thea 3 will operate as a one bedroomed apartment and priced as above. For 3 and 4 people sharing Thea 3, please add £14 per person per night.
